Who we are

What we do

Entrepreneurship programs

We connect with local entrepreneurs in the rural areas of Morocco, with a focus on the landlocked desert and mountain regions. We listen to their challenges and provide customized training and support, tailored to their specific needs in terms of areas of training, tools, and language.

Our incubation program has been designed to support rural entrepreneurs improve their quality and branding to access funding and bigger markets.

What we do

Employability programs

Local youth in rural areas have specific challenges accessing the job market. Most girls can't get past high school because of cultural barriers, and most boys and girls can't pursue education past high school because they can't afford to move to bigger cities. They're stuck in low paying jobs, or even worse, are unemployed.

Through our programs, we offer rural youth opportunities to improve their skills and land high paying jobs.

About Al Maghreb Qudurate

Al Maghreb Qudurate is a non-profit organization committed to empowering rural entrepreneurs in arid areas of Morocco. We believe that by supporting local businesses, we can create sustainable solutions to the challenges faced by rural communities. Our goal is to bridge the gap between the big economic centers and the rest of Morocco, fostering economic growth and social development.
